We want you to love your Pearlio experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no need to send anything back.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@pearlio.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and we'll take care of the rest — no forms, no return shipping, no hassle.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@pearlio.store so we can make it right.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it reflected, contact us at support@pearlio.store and we'll look into it.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
