Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Free Shipping Orders of $29.99 or more ship free, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days from the date of shipment.
Standard Shipping Orders under $29.99 are charged a flat standard shipping rate at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@pearlio.store.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pearlio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country or region, if applicable. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@pearlio.store and we'll help track down your package. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reshipment or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pearlio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@pearlio.store as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
